Environments and Design Student Centre
The Environments and Design Student Centre provides a range of services to help you as a student, including all of your administrative needs relating to matters about your enrolment, fees, results, assessment, official documentation of your studies, student ID cards and ultimately information about your graduation. Student Centre staff can also answer most questions about accessing the University's IT system or core information system resources such as student email, library catalogue and search services or the online learning management system.

The Environments and Design Student Centre is located on the ground floor of the Baldwin Spencer Building, adjacent to Union House (No 113, D17 on the Parkville campus map).
The Environments and Design Student Centre is open Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Booking an Appointment
The Environments and Design Student Centre in the Baldwin Spencer Building has a number of Student Advisers dedicated to providing student advice specific to you for the Bachelor of Environments.
Student Advisers can assist with course planning and other course-related advice, queries you may have about University and Faculty policies and procedures, and can help if you are having difficulties in your studies for academic or personal reasons. Student Advisers can also provide advice about course-related opportunities, and can introduce you to a wide range of University Services that can assist you.

Assignment Collection
You can collect your assignments during 9am - 12pm & 2pm - 5pm daily from the Student Centre.
Other Services
There are some types of queries student advisers may not be well equipped to assist you with such as money and housing or jobs and careers. In these instances we may refer you to other services within the University or you may like to check what other services are available here.
